At Springfield Inn, you'll find a classic Southern bed & breakfast inn
set in a relaxed country  setting and conveniently located just outside Historic
Hertford. The whitewashed fences and hundred-year-old pecan trees accent the 1896
house with its relaxing porches, clapboard siding and tin roof. The Inn is set
amidst a working farm with farm animals and boasting the original barn and historic
farm equipment. The property has been in the White family since 1891 and was recently
renovated by a fourth generation member of the White family.
